About two years ago, Liberty Process Equipment created Victory Pump Parts in response to our customers’ demands for OEM quality aftermarket progressive cavity pump parts that were readily available and competitively priced. Since Victory’s creation we have grown the product line exponentially by offering a lower cost, but high value alternative to expensive (and often times long lead time) OEM parts.
The response from our customers has been positive and tremendous and we are looking forward to continuing to increase our capabilities to serve progressive cavity pump users even more in 2011.
Liberty Process Equipment stocks Victory parts to fit many sizes of Seepex™ progressive cavity pumps including: BN/NS™, MD™, and others. We stock a variety of rotors and stators for the most common sizes and even for some of the less popular types of progressing cavity pumps.
Aftermarket replacement Rotors for Seepex™ BN and MD Series are available in alloy steel with hard chrome plating, 316 stainless steel with/or without hard chrome plating, and we can even offer ductile-coated rotors for highly abrasive pumping applications.
Aftermarket replacement Stators for Seepex™ BN and MD Series are available in a wide variety of elastomers to suit any application imaginable from wastewater sludge, polymer, chemicals, food & beverage, oily water, and many others. Stators are readily available in buna nitrile (NBR), EPDM, Viton®, natural rubber, and others upon request.
We also stock replacement aftermarket coupling rods, joint repair kits, mechanical seals, and all the other major internal wear parts that are typically required to repair a Seepex™ BN or MD Series pump. Anything else you might need to rebuild a Seepex™ can be competitively sourced for you, so that you don’t have to! If we don't have it, we'll find it for you!
